  • Clay Keel

    President

    Clay, second-generation owner of Keel Farms. He took over in 2018 with a vision to make Keel Farms a family-friendly experience & has transformed our Tasting Room into what you know and love today.

    Beyond the farm, Clay and his wife, Carmen, have been happily married for 22 years and are proud parents to two children. A proud veteran, Clay served 23 years in the Army and brings the same dedication to his community. Clay is actively involved in the community through their local non-profit, Spotlight Initiative, USF & local chambers. His passion for service, family & creating memorable experiences drives everything he does at Keel Farms.

  • Wendy Camacho

    Chief Operating Officer

    Wendy has been an integral part of the Keel Farms family for over six years, starting as a passionate Brand Ambassador. Her dedication and growth have led her through roles in Sales, Marketing, and Hospitality, culminating in her current position as COO.

    With a deep connection to the farm’s values of determination, kindness, and authenticity, Wendy leads the team with heart and vision. Her hands-on experience across several departments gives her unique insight into what makes Keel Farms a beloved destination. Wendy is proud to contribute to the farm’s growth and is excited to continue creating exceptional experiences for every guest.

  • Jennifer Mango

    Chief Financial Officer

    Jennifer has been an essential member of the Keel Farms team for over three years. She began her journey as a Bookkeeper through her dedication and exceptional skills, quickly advanced to the role of Controller, HR Director & now CFO.

    Jennifer’s passion for people and finance is matched by her deep love for Keel Farms and its mission. She is committed to fostering growth for both the team and the organization, and her excitement for the farm’s future is a driving force behind her work. Jennifer’s leadership and financial expertise play a pivotal role in ensuring Keel Farms continues to thrive and achieve its vision.

  • Andrew Shafer

    Hospitality Director

    Andrew is originally from Portland, Oregon but has lived in Florida since the early 2010s. He joined the Keel Farms team in 2020 as a Host & has grown through several hospitality roles, ultimately becoming Hospitality Director & has absolutely loved his time here at the farm.

    Outside of Keel, Andrew enjoys great beer & loves to try new breweries. He is an avid Dungeons & Dragons player & enjoys picking up heavy things & putting them back down.

  • Kieran Carney

    Chief Wine Maker

    Kieran, born and raised in Australia, moved to Napa Valley in 2017 as an Assistant Winemaker. With over 20 years in wine production and a Wine Science degree from Charles Sturt University, he’s worked across retail, sales, and vineyards in both Australia and the U.S.

    Outside of making (and drinking) wine, Kieran enjoys spending time with his wife and his mini Australian Shepherd, Tulip. They enjoy traveling, hiking, skiing, and photography.

  • Matt Wilson

    Sales Director

    Matt has over 15 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, specializing in Sales as well as Account Management. Along the way, he has developed a deep appreciation for wine and has enjoyed connecting with people through memorable experiences.

    Outside of work, Matt is a proud father of three and cherishes time with his wife, his greatest support. Together, they love the outdoors and creating vibrant memories with their kids.

  • Josh Henneman

    General Manager of The Osprey View

    Josh, the General Manager of The Osprey View, our Wedding Venue located on Lake Thonotosassa. Originally from Indiana, Josh recently moved to Tampa with his wife, their son & two fur babies.

    Josh began his restaurant career at just 15 years old and has worked his way through every role in the industry. In his free time, you can find Josh spending time with family, watching Cubs games, playing softball, or rewatching Deadpool.
