I understand and acknowledge that by entering and participating in activities at Keel Farms, Keel + Curley Winery, and any affiliated properties or events ("Keel Farms"), I am participating in agritourism activities that involve inherent risks.

These activities may include, but are not limited to:

• Farm tours

• U-Pick activities

• Festivals and special events

• Weddings and private events

• Live music events

• Animal interactions

• Hayrides and farm transportation

• Walking on uneven terrain

• Winery and cider tasting experiences

• Children's activities

• Food and beverage consumption

• Outdoor recreational activities

I understand that participation may expose me to risks including:

• Slips, trips, and falls

• Exposure to weather conditions

• Insect bites and animal contact

• Agricultural equipment and machinery

• Uneven ground and natural obstacles

• Exposure to allergens

• Illness, injury, disability, property damage, or death

WARNING

Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, or damage results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity.

Inherent risks of agritourism activities include risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for participants to act negligently in a manner that may contribute to injury or death.

You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with entering Keel Farms and participating in any activities offered on the property.

• I acknowledge that these risks are inherent to agritourism and farm-related activities and cannot be completely eliminated.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue:

• Keel Farms

• Keel + Curley Winery

• Keel Farms Agrarian Ales & Ciders

and all owners, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, vendors, and representatives

from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, causes of action, costs, expenses, or losses arising from my participation in activities on the property, including claims resulting from negligence, except where prohibited by law.

• In the event of an emergency, I authorize Keel Farms personnel to obtain medical treatment on my behalf if necessary.

• I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

• I grant Keel Farms permission to use photographs, videos, recordings, or images taken of me during my visit for marketing, promotional, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation.

If consuming alcoholic beverages:

• I certify that I am at least 21 years of age.

• I will consume responsibly.

• I will not operate a vehicle while impaired.

• I accept full responsibility for my actions after consuming alcohol.

If signing on behalf of a minor (please list all accompanying minors below):

• I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant(s) and agree to all terms of this waiver on their behalf.
